THE SLOVAK show CHAMPION TITLE ORDER

• After homologation of the Slovak Grand Champion title (diploma issuing) a dog must gain 6 x CAC at Specialty shows, Club shows, National shows or International shows held under the patronage of the SKJ in Slovakia.
• These CACs must be awarded by six different judges in a champion class. Four out of six CACs must be awarded at international shows.
• Only CAC awards not previously used for any other Championship title can be accepted.

The Slovak Show Champion title is confirmed upon owner’s request (subscribed form) at:
Slovenská kynologická jednota, Furmanská 9, 841 03 Bratislava, Slovakia.
Please, enclose originals of critiques, a copy of the Slovak Grand Champion title diploma and a copy of the dog´s pedigree to your application. Send all via registered shipment (not currier).
Charge for the Slovak Show Champion title is 15 €. P & P abroad 10 €.
Issuing a diploma at the show 30€.

CAC titles gained till 31. December 2017 must be submit to the application form for champion certificate with original CAC card and original of the report.

This order was adopted by SKJ Presidium held on 14th December 2017.
Valid is from 1st January 2018.
