The Slovak Puppy Champion
The title Slovak Puppy Champion is awarded if:
- A dog or a bitch gains three Very Promising 1 awards in the Minor puppy class or Puppy class at least from two different judges on shows with CAC award organized under the patronage of the SKJ in Slovakia.
- One of the Very promising awards was awarded at the International show with CACIB awarding under the patronage of the SKJ in Slovakia.
- One of the three necessary Very Promising 1 awards can be substituted by one CAJC titles if gained by the age of 12 month. This particular CAJC award can not be included into CAJCs necessary for the Slovak Junior Champion title.
- The Slovak Puppy Champion title does not entitle a dog to be entered to a champion class. It is not indicated in the dog´s pedigree.
Please, enclose the completed form, originals of critiques (which you obtained in the ring, not online), a copy of the dog´s pedigree (both sides) and a confirmation about payment to your application. Send all via post (not currier). It is not possible to send it per e-mail.

Charge for the Slovak puppy champion title is 10 €. Rosette 5 € (please note in the application if you want it). Postage and packaging abroad 10 €. Make a payment (everything together) to SKJ account.
Issuing a diploma at the show 30 €.

CAJC titles gained till 31. December 2017 must be submit to the application form for champion certificate with original CAJC card and original of the report.
Awards gained from July 1st, 2015 will be accepted for the Slovak Puppy Champion title homologation.
This order was adopted by SKJ Presidium held on December 14th 2017.
Valid is from January 1st 2018.
